✅ If the buffalo is unable to eat properly.
✅ If the buffalo fails to produce the promised milk quantity.
✅ If the buffalo shows extreme aggression and is difficult to handle.
If any of these issues arise, you can return the buffalo within 7 days with no hassle. However, if the buffalo is healthy, eats well, gives milk on time, and meets the promised milk quantity, we cannot accept returns. ✅ If the buffalo does not give milk on time (morning & evening).
✅ If the buffalo is unable to eat properly.
✅ If the buffalo fails to produce the promised milk quantity.
✅ If you’r not satisfied by our buffalo you can exchange easily
✅ If the buffalo shows extreme aggression and is difficult to handle.
📌 Exchange Price Policy:
✔️ If you exchange within 7 days, we will consider the same price at which you originally purchased the buffalo. (Example: If you bought a buffalo for ₹100,000, we will value it at ₹100,000 for exchange.)
✔️ If you exchange after 7 days, there is a very low chance of exchange. However, if an exchange is possible, the price will be reduced based on the buffalo’s condition. The deduction may range from ₹5,000 to ₹20,000, depending on factors like health, milk yield, and behavior.
If the buffalo is healthy, eats well, gives milk on time, and meets the promised milk quantity, we cannot accept an exchange. We kindly request you to discuss this decision with your family before purchasing.

However, in such cases, we cannot return our buffalo, and the remaining price must be settled accordingly.
✅ Limited Return Possibility – Once the exchange is finalized, returning our buffalo is highly unlikely. In rare cases, if an exchange is reconsidered, it will be subject to conditions and a price adjustment.
